Day 8
It feels so ironic that I am in the country which we separated from, and I do feel sad that I will not be able to celebrate the night with fireworks as per tradition.
Today I went to Wales, and will be here for about two days. I am looking forward to relaxing and having some time to myself before we venture to Hampton Court, the final destination before I settle into my room at Newnham College in Cambridge University. From then on excursions will primarily be on weekends. Upcoming excursions will include: Canterbury, the Globe Theater, the London Museum, and [hopefully!] Edinburgh Scotland.
I have sent some post cards already! So if you have requested one be on the lookout.
